If you or someone you know could benefit from psychotherapy to improve their anxiety, eating behaviour or IBS, an incredible colleague of mine, Dr Sylvi Martin RN ND is currently accepting new clients in her RN psychotherapy practice for a research study.
By joining the University of Ottawa Psychotherapy Practice Research Network study, participants will:
📚Make a significant contribution to mental health research.
💎Receive personalized therapy that helps improve anxiety, mood, and eating behaviour.
👩⚕️Have access to a team of trained experts who will work with your therapist to enhance your treatment outcomes.
💵 Receive financial compensation for the time you spend completing study questionnaires to offset the cost of therapy.
What's involved?
🛋️ Participate in 6 online therapy sessions conducted on a secure, confidential platform. These sessions will be audio-recorded for the study.
📋You will complete brief questionnaires about your mental health before and after the therapy sessions, and a follow-up questionnaire 3 months later. You will be compensated for time spent completing the questionnaires.
🔐Your privacy is our top priority. All personal information will be securely stored and your therapy sessions will be audio recorded anonymously for research purposes only. No identifying information will be shared.
