Kristina is a registered Massage Therapist who holds certifications in Essentrics, NeuroKinetic Therapy, and Fascial Stretch Therapy.

With over eight years of experience as a Fascial Stretch Therapist, Kristina specializes in improving mobility, enhancing flexibility, and restoring functional movement.

For this Holiday season we decided to try something a bit different. We wanted to raise money for the Niagara Children’s Centre School Authority located in St. Catharines. We set a goal of $300, and are happy to announce we were able to beat our goal and ended up donating $350 to such a great cause.

Thank you to all that donated. Your generous donations have made the holidays a bit more special for 4 families who were in need.
