👋 Meet Ian! 👋

We’re pleased to introduce Ian, a newer member of the Butler Funeral Home team and part of our caring Arbor family. In just a couple of months, Ian has already become a valued presence—bringing focus, calm, and compassion to every interaction.

🎨 A talented artist, Ian creates realistic drawings using pencil and colored pencil, blending patience and precision in every piece. He recently added to his creative talents by earning a certificate in basic Spanish from the University of Valencia in Spain. 🇪🇸

🥋 Outside of work, Ian is a dedicated martial artist with a black belt in Wado Ryu Karate, currently training for his second-degree black belt. His commitment to growth and discipline shows in everything he does.

We’re so glad to have Ian on the team—his thoughtful energy is appreciated by colleagues and the families we serve alike.

🌟 Meet Jenn: Our Part-Time Warm Welcome at Butler Funeral Home at Arbor 🌟

For 15 years, Jenn has been the friendly, comforting voice and smile greeting everyone who walks through our doors—even part-time, her warmth shines full-time. As our part-time receptionist, she brings kindness, calm, and joy to every visit.

When she’s not at Butler, Jenn loves spending time with her niece, nephews, and their loved ones, and stays active with Pilates and swimming. Born on New Year’s Eve, Jenn jokes the whole world celebrates her birthday — but really, we all celebrate the bright energy she brings to our team.

Thank you, Jenn, for making every day a little warmer. 💙

🌿 Meet Wendy! 🌿
We’re thrilled to welcome Wendy to the Butler Funeral Home and Arbor family! She joined us on April 14, 2025, bringing with her a bright spirit, fresh energy, and a big heart for the work we do.
Before joining our team, Wendy spent 20 years as a floral designer—so it’s no surprise that she and her family live in what she lovingly calls a “jungle at home,” surrounded by plants and flowers. 🌸🌿
Outside of work, Wendy is always on the move! She’s an avid sports enthusiast, currently playing slo-pitch, pick-up hockey, and beach volleyball, and she has a colorful past in roller derby, soccer, ringette, and even curling! 🏒🥎🏐
Wendy and her husband keep things lively at home with five teenagers, two cats (Chester Fields and Charlotte Chaplain 🐾), and a dog named Pete.
If you see her around, don’t be shy—Wendy’s always ready with a warm smile and a good laugh. We’re so lucky to have her on the team! 💙
