💙 To my dear patients and friends,
You are not forgotten. Quite the opposite — you are the heartbeat of everything I do, and better days are on the horizon. Over the past months, I’ve reflected on the unimaginable loss and disruption faced by so many — each experiencing in different ways. My friends at have reminded me that even after great devastation, anything is possible! Their experience on another level has taken them four years to begin rebuilding after their fire, commencing this April, and that perspective has given me strength and hope as I keep going forward. Let's wish them all the BEST! Keep going!!
Many of you know my journey since our fire: challenge after challenge, personally & professionally, recent eviction of temporary location, and another unexpected move. Despite this, progress is being made every day, thanks to the support of a wonderful MD, compassionate specialist, and supportive counsellor.
This Monday, begins next phase — moving from Unit 11 to Unit 4, still within the same complex. Sorting, selling, giving away, and organizing through pieces of nearly 26 years of dedicated work and cherished memories. Even in the midst of this monumental task, I want you to know: I see you. I care deeply. I will never stop practicing.
Walking through the fire, I may not know exactly what the next chapter of practice looks like, but I do know this: whether it takes six months, a year, or more, I am walking through this fire, not away from it. My faith reminds me that God is faithful, that He knows my character, and that He is not finished with this story yet. Thank you for your kindness, your prayers, and your unwavering belief in me and in my transformative work. I will get there, it's the only way I know. 💙
I also want to express my heartfelt appreciation to everyone who has offered support, empathy, love, and acceptance. So much is happening behind the scenes, it's impossible to share in every detail, too much drama, but know your kindness carries me through. Special thanks to:
