A little taste of this weekend’s Digestion, Ayurveda & Yoga retreat🌱
Thank you, from the very bottom of my heart, to all who joined me this past Saturday. Your presence, openness, and willingness to dive deep made this experience so powerful.
What I love most about this work is that we don’t just talk about digestion… we embody it ✨
Through movement, breath, mindful eating, sound, reflection, and connection, we explored what it means to truly support our digestive fire… not only in the physical body, but in the way we process life itself.
In Ayurveda, digestion is so much more than food. It is our ability to take in, process, and integrate our experiences. Just as undigested food can create disturbance in the body, so too can unprocessed emotions, thoughts, and life experiences.
This day was an invitation to gently begin clearing both 🙏
