TODAY ABS CELEBRATES 9 YEARS at this location 🎉
Moving from our comfortable two floor training studio, to our first commercial space here located at 101 Niagara street….Oh the memories! At the time we had a 2.5 year old and a new baby. It was something we knew we wanted todo, scary but we tackled it head on.
We will never forget the exhaustion, moving heavy equipment together, renovating all hours of the night. Working full days packing up the kids and working until midnight early morning. The vision kept us driving forward, and with no doubt we did it♥️
9 years ago today, and we are so thankful we took that leap! We’ve built a strong and dedicated team, an awesome gym community..and here we are🤗
What an incredible journey it has been. We survived some crazy years and proud to say we are thriving, and always excited for what’s ahead for ABS! We’ve met some really amazing people that we will never forget, seen lives change, awesome transformations, learned so much. Most of all we’ve been able todo what we love, and built something we are proud of!
