West Park Health Centre is a 93 bed long-term care home which has been providing exceptional care to our residents for over 40 years. It is located on Pelham Road in St. Catharines, Ontario, nestled into a residential area, close to downtown. It is a fully accredited home with a resident-centred quality program ensuring the highest level of care for each and every resident.
Our caring and competent staff treat each resident as their own family member and strive to provide supportive and rehabilitative individualized care for our residents. Family involvement is an important element of the care we offer. Active Resident and Family Councils work together with the home team to promote our Resident’s First philosophy and also fundraise to support other community groups.
