And... you’re certainly allowed to prioritize the person you’re becoming over the person you used to be. 🌿
We often mistake assertiveness for intimidation, or rest for laziness.
💭 But, here’s the truth: setting a boundary is actually an act of kindness toward yourself.
Saying “no” is a sign of deep self-awareness.
Asking for help isn’t a sign of failure, it’s a courageous acknowledgement of your own humility.
💭 The power you hold isn’t about being perfect or “having it all together.”
It’s about the permission you give yourself to mess up and make mistakes, start over, and outgrow the versions of yourself that no longer fit.
Your strength lies in your ability to listen to what you need and honour it.
