Self-care wasn’t always sheet masks and bubble baths. It started as an act of revolution... a radical reclaiming of worth, rest, and healing in the face of systems designed to exhaust and erase.

Today, self-care is still revolutionary.. but not in the “buy more, fix yourself” way it’s been sold to us. Real self-care is about connection: to our bodies, our spirits, and our communities. It's how we tend to our inner fire so we can shine brighter and show up more fully... not just for ourselves, but for a world that desperately needs healing.

As a cis white woman living in relative safety, I know self-care cannot be isolated from justice. This industry often sells comfort without acknowledging the harm or privilege behind it. We can — and must — do better.

🌿 7 Surprising Ways to Reduce Systemic Inflammation (That Aren’t Just “Drink More Water”)

Swipe left on chronic inflammation like it’s your toxic ex. Here’s how to cool your internal fire...naturally and non-conventionally:
