🌀Volleyball is explosive, exciting, fast, energetic, and so much more❗️Athletes are required to move multi-directionally with max effort in response to a 🏐 coming at them 85➕mph 😱

🌀As a result, injuries happen 🥺 Volleyball players commonly experience:
▪️Ankle sprains 👣
▪️Overuse knee injuries🦿
▪️Broken fingers ✋
▪️Concussions 🧠
▪️And so much more 😫

🌀Currently seeing into the future is not possible so we cannot prevent injuries 🫣 But … that’s where I come in 🫡

🌀Words cannot describe how grateful I am to have been asked to work my first international competition outside of 🇨🇦.

🌀Over the past 10 days I’ve had the privilege to watch and work with some of the 🌎’s best 🏐 players between the ages of 15 - 27.

🌀These amazing young women from across 🇨🇦 fought hard and only got better as the tournament progressed. They competed against 🇧🇷,🇸🇮,🇫🇷,🇳🇱,🇻🇳 and a local club called Shanghai Elite❗️

🌀Stay tuned to see where I end up next🫡.
