In 2019 our lives changed forever with the first of several Autism diagnoses. Our experiences have taken us to seek the best care possible for our children, often travelling to Ottawa, Toronto and seeking consults across North America seeking input.

We are now bringing our lived experience into one place to help families in Niagara. With Autistic leadership and program development we are committed to grow and expand services that parents want and need for their children.

Built by parents, designed by autistics, supported by clinical professionals to ensure a truly unique and connection-based autism therapy and learning centre. We are building the services we want and need for our family and know we are not alone in wanting the best for our children so they have the best possible chance at success in a world where current educational systems and behavioural approaches are broken and have failed.

If we believe in know better, do better… then now is the time that we do better for the next generation. It starts now. New programming coming to Niagara January 2026.

Being autism focused and autistic led means we recognize patterns and bring a unique approach to the delivery of therapy-based autism support.

We take lived autism adhd experience extremely serious and this is why….

By actively integrating the observations and experiences of various Neuro types we are able to help accommodate and support the felt, yet often invisible, subtleties and nuances that impact the experiences of neurodivergent individuals who may struggle with the language, awareness and /or interoception to recognize both triggers and glimmers that can enhance an environment when observed, supported and adapted.

While it’s impossible for a simple 2D line drawing to capture the nuances and uniqueness of each brain, Neuro type and individual, this visual representation is a good place to start when there can be so many layers that impact development and how a person experiences and interacts with the world.
