Located in St. Catharines, Niagara Children’s Centre is recognized throughout the Niagara Region as the provider of rehabilitation and support services to children and youth with physical, developmental and communicative delays and disabilities. Our programs of family centred care aim at helping each child achieve his or her own unique potential so that they can participate in all activities at home, school and in the community.

From all of us at Niagara Children’s Centre, thank you for being part of our community and helping us support children and families every day. We wish you a season filled with warmth, rest, and time with loved ones.

Holiday closure: Niagara Children’s Centre and the Niagara Children’s Centre School Authority will be closed from December 23, 2025, at 5:15 p.m. through January 1, 2026. We look forward to seeing you in the new year!

Squad goals! 🙌

We recently welcomed seven new staff to the Centre as part of our role in the Region’s new Inclusion Resource Services Model (IRSM). We’re honoured to be one of two community partners—alongside Bethesda—selected by Niagara Region to help deliver this important program, which strengthens inclusive supports for children, families, and early childhood educators across .

These new team members join our Inclusion Quality Coordinators (IQCs), who support licensed centre-based childcare and EarlyON Centres in implementing inclusive, high-quality practices that reflect the diverse needs of children and families. The IQCs collaborate with educators, childcare staff, families, and community partners to foster environments that are equitable, accessible, and responsive to all children, including those with identified or emerging special needs.

Niagara Children’s Centre is proud to support this next chapter in enhancing inclusion for children and families in our community.
