I get it. A $500 gadget that promises to 'hack' your nervous system sounds like a great investment, and I have clients who love it! But it doesn't outperform manual exercises because it's a machine!

Most of these new hacks/machines don't have a ton of peer-reviewed literature on their effects, only on the benefits of the vagus nerve stimulation... and they often focus on one-way traffic—sending a signal up to the brain to calm you down. That’s a Band-Aid.

The manual protocols I teach—including the Harvard-verified 'garggling', 'gag reflex', and so on—do something machines haven't proven to do yet: they restore Bi-Directional Communication.

It’s the bar I see in almost every client’s pantry. And honestly? It’s better than 90% of the "protein" bars out there that are just disguised candy.
But as your Performance Architect, I have to look at the ROI on your biology.
The Audit:
✅ The Win: Whole food ingredients. No sugar alcohols, no gluten, no soy, no chemical noise.
✅ The Protein: Egg whites provide a complete amino acid profile to protect your lean mass.
