This Mother’s Day, we’re holding space for all mothers.
To those raising children and trying to hold the whole family together.
To those doing the invisible work.
To those who are tired to their core but keep showing up.
To those growing, grieving, and giving, sometimes all at once.
We are sending love to…
those who have lost their mother,
those who have lost their child,
those who are unable to conceive,
those who long to be a mother,
those who parent alone,
those with strained relationships.
You carry so much.
The mental load, the planning, the soothing, the keeping-everyone-safe-and-fed…
It’s a quiet kind of labor, often unseen, but deeply felt.
Motherhood isn’t one story, it’s a thousand emotions at once.
Some days, it’s joy. Other days, it’s pure survival.
And most days, it’s both.
As an art therapist, I witness the strength behind the silence.
The stories stored in the body, the pressure behind the smile,
and the beauty that emerges when we make space to breathe.
So today, whether you are mothering or being mothered.
or navigating the complex space in between, you deserve compassion, softness, and rest.
