Welcome our new massotherapist to the team: Jade.

Jade is a Massage therapist practitioner who
specializes in swedish massage, focusing on alleviating tensions and providing relaxation through her manual therapy approach.

She is also currently pursuing her studies under the kinesitherapy program to eventually utilize those techniques in her treatments, in combination with cupping therapy.

JADE is available on SATURDAYS at our clinic.

TRAP RELEASE

Trap release treatment on my patient/fiancée who suffers from a tighter left trap.

As you can see in the BEFORE photo, her left trap is much more contracted than the left, creating an angle of ~45 degrees.

Here I focused on releasing her traps, rear delts and subscapularis.

AFTER: A much less stiff trap muscle, and better mobility. Closing that angle to ~30 degrees.
