This is my first week back to work after a much needed month off. I have had an overwhelming response from new and current clients for my mobile massage services along with new opportunities being presented to me from other professionals. It has become very evident to me that I am at a point in my career where I have the privilege of defining how I want my practice to look and fit into my life.
If you have reached out to me during my month off or you were waiting for me to return to book, please reach out soon to get your appointment booked in as I have set time aside for you. At this time, I am putting a hold on booking new appointments as I am almost full for my mobile appointments.
I am no longer going to have a website or online booking, and I will be deleting my Facebook business page by the end of the week. Feel free to shoot me a friend request on my personal page. I only use Facebook for my massage practice and do not enjoy having separate pages. I can be contacted by email, phone, or social media messaging which can be found in my Instagram and Facebook bio or about section. My home address will be more public as that is also the address for my business. Unless you are family, please, refrain from stopping by my house unannounced.
I will be holding office hours every Monday from 9:00 am to 11:00 am and Friday 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. This time will be spent returning phone calls and messages. I have a completely separate cell phone for my business. I will not be checking it unless I am working or during the stated times. My working shifts are not a set schedule and I may not always have time to return messages and calls while I am actively seeing clients. Please, leave a voicemail when you call. I will not return any missed calls unless you leave a voicemail. If you have an emergency that needs immediate attention you should be contacting a medical doctor.
I will be personally emailing for appointment confirmation and will require a confirmation 24 hours prior to your appointment. If I do not receive confirmation, I will cancel your appointment and you will need to reschedule. Late cancelations or no shows will be subject to a charge of 100% of the appointment fee.
I will be providing direct billing services for my appointments. As long as I have decent cell service, I will be able to take debit & credit. I will also accept etransfer and cash. I will not have change for cash payments. Receipts will be provided exclusively through email or you can print them off directly from your Jane account.
I have a waitlist started for my mobile massage appointments. Please specify what day and time would work best for you and the best way to contact you in case of a cancelation. I do have a few new projects on the go also and will be announcing those on my socials once they are up and running.
Kimberly is going to be taking over the Saint Louis location this fall! I am so excited for her, and I will be supporting her success in whatever way I can. Once her schedule is open, I will be exclusively sending all of my massage referrals to her. I do have a waitlist going for her also, and if you would like to be added to it, let me know.
