This is my first week back to work after a much needed month off. I have had an overwhelming response from new and current clients for my mobile massage services along with new opportunities being presented to me from other professionals. It has become very evident to me that I am at a point in my career where I have the privilege of defining how I want my practice to look and fit into my life.

If you have reached out to me during my month off or you were waiting for me to return to book, please reach out soon to get your appointment booked in as I have set time aside for you. At this time, I am putting a hold on booking new appointments as I am almost full for my mobile appointments.

I am no longer going to have a website or online booking, and I will be deleting my Facebook business page by the end of the week. Feel free to shoot me a friend request on my personal page. I only use Facebook for my massage practice and do not enjoy having separate pages. I can be contacted by email, phone, or social media messaging which can be found in my Instagram and Facebook bio or about section. My home address will be more public as that is also the address for my business. Unless you are family, please, refrain from stopping by my house unannounced.

I will be holding office hours every Monday from 9:00 am to 11:00 am and Friday 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. This time will be spent returning phone calls and messages. I have a completely separate cell phone for my business. I will not be checking it unless I am working or during the stated times. My working shifts are not a set schedule and I may not always have time to return messages and calls while I am actively seeing clients. Please, leave a voicemail when you call. I will not return any missed calls unless you leave a voicemail. If you have an emergency that needs immediate attention you should be contacting a medical doctor.

I will be personally emailing for appointment confirmation and will require a confirmation 24 hours prior to your appointment. If I do not receive confirmation, I will cancel your appointment and you will need to reschedule. Late cancelations or no shows will be subject to a charge of 100% of the appointment fee.

I will be providing direct billing services for my appointments. As long as I have decent cell service, I will be able to take debit & credit. I will also accept etransfer and cash. I will not have change for cash payments. Receipts will be provided exclusively through email or you can print them off directly from your Jane account.

I have a waitlist started for my mobile massage appointments. Please specify what day and time would work best for you and the best way to contact you in case of a cancelation. I do have a few new projects on the go also and will be announcing those on my socials once they are up and running.

Kimberly is going to be taking over the Saint Louis location this fall! I am so excited for her, and I will be supporting her success in whatever way I can. Once her schedule is open, I will be exclusively sending all of my massage referrals to her. I do have a waitlist going for her also, and if you would like to be added to it, let me know.

Please look out for emails regarding my office closure!

I have decided to move up the closing of my practice to March 2nd. I will be taking March 3rd to April 3rd off to focus on my health and rest.

I am sending detailed emails to all appointments that are currently still booked in my office schedule after March 3rd. After I send the email, I am canceling all of your booked appointments in my system. This helps me keep track of who I have messaged and it gives another point of contact so that I can make sure you have received the message. I have too many appointments to follow up on each email to see if you have received it.

I will respond to all messages until Saturday, March 2nd at 5:00 pm. Feel free to still reach out after that, and I will return your message once I am back.

Samantha Cormier, RMT, n.d. and Julia Puschej have both personally reach out to see how they can help support me during this time. Both are located in Richibucto and are willing to take on a few new clients. Huge thank you to both of you. I know how busy you both are and the willingness to help take some of the burden off of my shoulders has been such a blessing to me.

I have had to make the difficult decision this past week to close the office sooner than I anticipated. I have had to reschedule or cancel so many appointments over the last few months due to my current health situation. I can no longer afford to keep the space and seem to be unable to keep up with any sort of full time schedule. I will be closing at the beginning of March.

In April, I am going to start working as a mobile massage therapist in the Kent county area. Mobile massage is where I pack up my supplies and table and bring it to your home. I am going to be drastically cutting my working hours at this time, and I have been struggling to keep up with demand working full time hours. There will be a price increase to help with my current appointment demand situation. I will announce when my schedule is open, price, and start contacting wait list people in a couple of weeks.

I am still overbooked for the rest of February and March. There is a very high chance that I may need to cancel appointments if I am not feeling well or doctor's appointments come up. If you would rather have more consistent care or you do not want to see me for mobile massage, I am referring my clients out to Samantha Cormier RMT in Richibucto or Brad Carroll RMT in Shediac. They are aware that I am sending them clients! I will not be booking any further appointments at the office.

Had a wonderful Family Day weekend ice fishing and relaxing on Grand Lake. Thank you, , for the wonderful dome experience accommodations. We will be back! Huge thank you to .nb for taking care of Cooper and Chester while we were away. I am in love with their artwork you did with them😍

I am back to my full-time schedule now, but spots are filling up fast! Make sure to book something ahead of time, or I can add you to my cancellation list.

In an attempt to keep up with my growing practice, I am switching to a new software program called Jane. This system includes a new online booking system.
With this system you will be able to manage your appointments more conveniently by being able to cancel/reschedule your appointments yourself.
There is a waitlist feature that automatically sends out emails as soon as a time becomes available prompting the waitlist clients to book.
Once I become more comfortable with the system it will provide a better flow for check out and is going to cut back on my time spent doing administrative tasks giving me more time and energy for your massage treatments.
The old booking system is still up for the rest of February. I will be slowly moving my previously booked March appointments into the new system. You will receive an email from the new system with your appointment and to set up your new account once I have done so.

I have had enough cancellations and rescheduled appointments for tomorrow, that I have decided to close, Wednesday, January 10th due to the weather. Hope everyone has an enjoyable snow day and stays safe! If you urgently need to get in for an appointment, please contact me directly and I will see if I can fit you in Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.
