Researchers found that SARS-CoV-2, the virus causing COVID-19, could potentially be blocked from entering our cells with the use of antihistamines.

This means that these easily accessible allergy meds may be able to assist in stopping the spread of COVID19.

This could also explain why some injured have seen improvement in their symptoms after treating with antihistamines.
