The best way to describe this little girl is… that she is REAL, she’s in her true essence ✨

This was a picture taken of me on my Papa’s pool deck in Kitchener, Ontario 🇨🇦 around the age of 3.

I didn’t have pretenses about who I was supposed to be, or how to meet the expectations of others, I just LOVED to swim and smile, and play with a tongue that’s always been a bit too big for my mouth 🥹😜

The truth is, she’s my past AND she’s inspiration for the real & true me I aspire to become/uncover again.

2025 was a wild year for me, full of unimaginable challenges, adventures, opportunities & growth (they’re all the same after all right? Just depends on perspective 😉)

I’ve learned SO much about myself this year, and what I know I NEED to grow are the same ingredients/conditions I believe we ALL need to grow:

-To be seen, heard & held in a trusted loving community of people who are dedicated to truth & share the same desire… to grow 🌱 💥

- Accountability to meet me not just where I currently am 🐛 but to hold me to who I’m growing to become 🦋

- A reflective space to be of service, to give AND receive.

2026 is going to be a huge year, I can feel it in my bones already!!

And if I want to stay rooted and grounded in who I’m becoming, stay true to my goals, dreams & aspirations (especially the ones that scare the s #*t out me 😱 ) then I have to intentionally create the conditions to make it possible.

I now KNOW the undeniable importance and power of this, and I can’t NOT support my future self any longer.

I encourage you, if this speaks to you, to make this happen for yourself too!!
