A weekend of So.much. goodness!
Saturday was spent with a wonderful friend at The Switch Mind Body & Spirit Studio.
I received an updated wellness report and an ion foot detox. WOW. What a cool experience. Couldn't believe the colour of the water and how much lighter I felt after the detox.
The whole experience was so eye opening! 🔮✨️💜
I would highly reccomend checking this detox station out! Especially with the massive levels of spraying in New Brunswick, this is a big deal. Share with your friends and start your detox journey too.
Sarah will also be hosting detox parties with groups. There will be the option for surprise bags as part of that package☆ ❤️✨️💜 So many goodies.

Sunday afternoon was spent on the yoga mat with MarYoga Oils & Energy ~ The Bliss Zone is a 3.5 hour restorative yoga with crystals, essential oils and a sound bath healing. This experience really is PURE BLISS. You leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
So important we take time for ourselves to recharge and refocus especially on a gorgeous sunday afternoon.🔮✨️💜
