My heart is bursting after only one week of the studio being open! There are truly no words for the gratitude I feel and for the honour it is to host and guide such amazing folks through part of their yoga journey.

The studio space looks like home, but it’s the people that walk through those doors every class that make it feel that way.

If you’d like to come say hello, if you have any questions, or want to know more about the studio and the classes, please feel free to stop by the open house this Saturday, 12-3pm.

Still some space in tonight’s Balance and Flow from 6-7pm (Fri Sept 12th). We play around with a flow sequence that incorporates moments of pause and stillness, perfect for honing the skill of pausing our busy minds off of the mat as well.
