A moment to acknowledge ALL WOMEN in our lives.

The ones who brought our souls here.

The ones who paved the path for where we are now.

The ones who continue to raise hell and go against the grain of this sometimes seemingly-moving-backwards-society.

The ones who breathe calm, and beauty, and strength and just the right amount of chaos into the world around us.

The ones who lift us up.

And even the ones that try to drag us down and in doing so, teach us how to rebuild and heal and grow through it all.

Celebrate ALL the women,
for they are the creators
and the silver lining
of a world on fire.

There is a beauty in stepping outside your comfort zone and communing with others who are or have been experiencing similar struggles in life.

There is no need to handle life alone.

Offering a trauma-informed, safe, judgement-free space for everyone who feels called to join in. This group is focused on supporting each other therapeutically with aspects of psychoeducation.

Anxious or nervous to join in? That's alright. I am sure everyone will feel that way a little bit. You got this. You can do this for you.

The focus of the payment tiers is to ensure accessibility for all. If cost is a barrier, do not let that stop you. Come anyway.
