It will be SO GOOD to be back in the studio seeing all of your beautiful faces!

Since we’ve had a long time apart, please feel free to send me a message (if you haven’t already) to sign up for classes this month! (Even if you’re a regular, a refresher message after a couple weeks can be helpful!)

Starting in May, Shiny Rock Yoga will also be introducing an app to make booking, payments, class descriptions, and other info more easily accessible!

Here are the offerings for this short and sweet week, then we are closed for Spring Break!

We will be moderately accessible for questions and inquiries during this time but will be focused on filling our cups, spending time with loved ones and losing ourselves to the mountains on occasion. April Calendar will be out by Wednesday morning ☺️

Life happens and sometimes people are late. I don’t believe it is ever intentional and if a pattern ever arises, then a conversation can take place at that time.
Yoga is a place to heal and a place to reconnect with ourselves and I don’t want to prevent anyone from accessing that unnecessarily.

Different spaces will do what works best and what resonates most for them, and sometimes it’s a matter of safety and security to keep the doors locked during a class.

But for now, my door is open and your mat is ready for you ✨
