This is what we got to do today...

*Sigh* Thank the Gods for friends! Linda and Robert pls Phaeton & I and the grader that showed up to help was fantastic!

Almost found the curb before it started to freeze again. If you thought there wasn't time for skating, don't put your skates away too soon!

Just please be extra careful when you come to the shop in the next day or two until the weather kicks in and takes away all of the water...

Wear your galoshes and bread bags in your shoes!!

3 different sized eggs made by my Phaeton... He's mastered the ability to medium boil them... All... Different sizes!

I'm so proud!

Just for the record the largest egg in this bowl is actually a double yolk 🤗

Hello friends! I am currently scheduling Sunday the 15th for Practice Bodies in Innisfree! And yes - you can do it again if you've already done it.

$75 per session
You are fully clothed.
Your obligations are to lay there and let me work while I hold you head, arms, legs and torso. (Separately - I'm not He-Man or She-Ra)
And report back to me how you feel before our session, during and after and then 2-3 days later.

These sessions are recorders so I don't miss anything on my reports. You will be moving from belly - back and on your side.

You are going to see more of what you put out in the world.

Somebody says something negative to you, you think about something negative, you're going to see more negative things, things are going to irritate you faster and for longer and you're going to see more pain more bad.

We spend your day thinking positive things, saying positive words doing positive events laughing at silly things, you're going to start to see more positive things, people are going to start showing you they're going to start showing up as positive entities in your life you're going to vibrate higher, you're going to vibrate so high that you're going to shake off all of those negative the vibrations and they won't be able to touch you anymore!

It is a choice. So try really truly honest gods harder to think positive, be positive, so that positive things will happen and you will see them more clearly than you see anything else...

Try everyday to post five things positive in your life. No matter what those five things are, no matter when those five things get posted. Post them all at the same time put some one at a time throughout your day look for five positive things and post them. That's my challenge for you.

I just LOVE the reaction of my people when I make a difference in their pain to the point they don't know weather to laugh or cry from the relief...

I know that feeling all too well and I'm grateful for the opportunity to offer that kind of relief to others.

I am exactly where I am meant to be 🤗
