Today, Bone Physiotherapy & Wellness is proud to participate in the Pelvic and Reproductive Health Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association’s 12th Annual Valentine’s Day Challenge — a nationwide initiative rooted in compassion, dignity, and meaningful community care.
Through this challenge, we are supporting the incredible work of Fundy Region Transition House by helping collect feminine hygiene products and essential toiletries for women in our region. Access to basic necessities like menstrual products, personal hygiene items, and self-care essentials is not a luxury — it’s a fundamental part of health, dignity, and safety.
At Bone Physiotherapy & Wellness, we believe healing is more than physical recovery. It’s about creating environments where women feel supported, empowered, and cared for — especially during vulnerable transitions. As physiotherapists working in pelvic and reproductive health alongside colleagues in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association Pelvic and Reproductive Health Division, we witness firsthand how access to basic resources directly impacts well-being, confidence, and the ability to move forward with strength.
This Valentine’s Day, we invite our community to lean into compassion in a tangible way. Donations of unopened feminine hygiene products, toiletries, and personal care items help ensure that every woman accessing support services has what she needs to feel safe, respected, and valued.
Small acts of generosity ripple into powerful change.
Together, we can show that care goes far beyond clinic walls — it lives in community.
💗 Thank you for helping us support dignity, health, and empowerment for women in our region.
