Bone Physiotherapy & Wellness

Bone Physiotherapy & Wellness Embodied. Empowered. Enlightened. Welcome to Bone Physiotherapy & Wellness! We are a private physiotherapy clinic here to help you with your rehabilitation needs.

Thank you for allowing us to assist you in your journey. We believe that your rehabilitation outcome weighs heavily on what you learn here and what effort you put into your own treatment. Here's to living well! We offer physiotherapy services including:
•personalized exercise prescription
•manual therapy
•electrotherapeutic modalities
•therapeutic taping
•sports injury rehabilitation
•auto accident rehabilitation
•postural and core retraining
•education to maintain your healing body

What can you expect? Initial visit

Your initial assessment will take about 60 minutes. You should bring your private health insurance card, physician referral if you have one, any test results, or special orders if you have them. You will fill out an intake form and give consent for your assessment. Your physiotherapist will take a detailed history, observe how you move and perform specific physical tests and measurements. From this assessment, the physiotherapist will establish a diagnosis and together, a treatment plan will be developed. Follow up Treatments

Be prepared to bring your sneakers and comfortable clothing to exercise in. Follow up treatments will take 30-60 minutes and will be booked as needed. We ask that our clients take an active role in their treatment to ensure their rehabilitation goals are met. You will be given education and handouts to carry over your program at home. If you have any questions please call (506) 466-3933 or e-mail admin@bonephysio.ca

Stop trying to “calm down” with your brain.
Your nervous system doesn’t care about affirmations — it responds to input.

In this practice, I’m using a soft Pilates ball around the neck, heart center, and abdomen to create gentle, intentional pressure.

This is about accessing rest + digest through the body.

Slow compression.
Conscious breath.
Attention inward.

Notice:
• What does grounding actually feel like in your tissues?
• Can you sense your heart space softening?

Freedom isn’t forcing yourself to relax.
It’s giving your nervous system the conditions where it can.

If you’re always “on,” this is your reminder: regulation is a skill. Train it.

Embodied.
Empowered.
Enlightened.

Today, Bone Physiotherapy & Wellness is proud to participate in the Pelvic and Reproductive Health Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association’s 12th Annual Valentine’s Day Challenge — a nationwide initiative rooted in compassion, dignity, and meaningful community care.

Through this challenge, we are supporting the incredible work of Fundy Region Transition House by helping collect feminine hygiene products and essential toiletries for women in our region. Access to basic necessities like menstrual products, personal hygiene items, and self-care essentials is not a luxury — it’s a fundamental part of health, dignity, and safety.

At Bone Physiotherapy & Wellness, we believe healing is more than physical recovery. It’s about creating environments where women feel supported, empowered, and cared for — especially during vulnerable transitions. As physiotherapists working in pelvic and reproductive health alongside colleagues in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association Pelvic and Reproductive Health Division, we witness firsthand how access to basic resources directly impacts well-being, confidence, and the ability to move forward with strength.

This Valentine’s Day, we invite our community to lean into compassion in a tangible way. Donations of unopened feminine hygiene products, toiletries, and personal care items help ensure that every woman accessing support services has what she needs to feel safe, respected, and valued.

Small acts of generosity ripple into powerful change.
Together, we can show that care goes far beyond clinic walls — it lives in community.

💗 Thank you for helping us support dignity, health, and empowerment for women in our region.

The project is now in the voting stage, and this is where you can help make a real difference. 💪✨
Voting takes just a few seconds, and your support could help expand vital services for women when they need it most.
