✨ Reiki is universal life force energy ✨

Accessible to all. Used by many. Reiki holds specific teachings in high regard to how it is used, what intentions are set, and the exchanges that should take place. This differs from other cultural and religious practices accessing this universal life force energy. Reiki is a way of life. Living in a good way. There is no intention, there is trust in the life force energy to go to and do what is on the best interest of the person recieving it. This allows you to recieve the universal life force energy free of influence and mixed messaging from me as the practitioner.

When you come for your appointment I will ask what brings you to see me, if there is anything you're struggling with, or even just how your day is going simply because I care. It will not affect how I conduct the session.

I trust Reiki will flow to where it is needed at this time for you as you receive it.

Off to the forests. I'll be unavailable until Friday as I wonder the woods in deep connection with the land at Advanced Spirit of Herbs.

Deep in ceremony with and for the Earth. Connection with myself through nature Lwhile learning, sharing, and vibrating with the rhythms of all beings. Unplugging to root in under the stars, feeling the rain on my skin, the sacred and I as one.

One day at a time. I have posted this in the window of my kitchen, the spot I go every morning and gaze out before making my morning coffee. This is the one ritual I know I will do, the one place I know I will see it. This reminder to ask myself

What can I do to make my life today, better than it was yesterday? Just one thing I could do differently. Just one thing I can add or remove.

Just for today. Becuase I'll ask myself again tomorrow and maybe it will be different.
