MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID: get certified in this ONE-DAY VIRTUAL course!
Join a virtual Mental Health First Aid course on March 7! This is a nationally-recognized CERTIFICATE COURSE! Everyone who successfully completes the training will receive a certificate from the Mental Health Commission of Canada.
Topics covered include suicidal behaviour, substance-use disorders, anxiety and trauma, depression, bipolar disorders, psychosis, and recovery. Learn about effective intervention and communication strategies, and reducing stigma surrounding mental illness.
