THE UPDATE YOU’VE BEEN WAITING FOR!!

We have secured a temporary location and are ready to welcome you back!!! We will be treating out of our new office Monday November 3rd 🎉🥳

New location:

📍9 Princess Ave - Unit 5
(Same plaza as Old School Pizza)

Online booking is now live.

We have also sent out a mass email providing further information - if you haven’t received one yet, please be patient with us as these are manually sent out! Yours is coming.

Some things to note as we open:

Direct billing will not be available immediately. We ask that patients hold onto their receipts to submit at a later date - our team is happy to provide further details.

We will not have phone access until 8am on Monday.

To our amazing community - Thank you for your kind words, encouragement and patience over these past few weeks. We are so excited to see all of our patients again 🫶🏼

It’s been a whirlwind few days, and we wanted to share an update with our community.

The damage to our unit was more significant than we had hoped, and it’s looking like it will be a few months before we can return to our home space. In the meantime, we’re working hard behind the scenes to secure a temporary location so we can continue caring for our patients during the restoration period.

With that being said, we will be providing updates week to week with any new developments.

All appointments will be cancelled for next week. A staff member will reach out to you, if they havent already.

Not a post we thought we’d ever have to make 💔

Yesterday, our building was evacuated due to an active fire within our plaza. Thankfully, everyone is safe — and for that, we’re incredibly grateful.

Our unit did sustain water damage, and while we’re still assessing the extent and don’t yet know our reopen date, please know we’re doing everything we can to get back up and running as soon as possible.

We’re currently reaching out to all affected patients via email, but if you see this before hearing from us, please know we haven’t forgotten you — we’re just working through things as quickly as we can.

That’s us 👋😢 Very grateful to our fire department for handling things so quickly and thoroughly.

We’ve had quite a few messages checking in on our staff - we are all safe and thankfully, no one was harmed. We are working hard to get things assessed and repaired as quickly as possible.

We can’t wait to welcome you back soon. 🫶🏼

Where there's smoke, there's fire, you just have to find it!
Just before 10am this morning crews were called to the shopping plaza at 204 First Ave. for smell of smoke in several of the units. The plaza which includes Shopper's Drug Mart was evacuated and the fire was discovered in the roof at the East end of the building. It appears hot work was being done yesterday on the roof, and resulted in a smoldering fire in the roof. Fire damage was minimal, but all businesses in the plaza suffered some degree of smoke damage, and a few sustained water damage as a result. No one was injured, hydro and gas have been shut off to the plaza.
