Thank you to all the ladies that came out to The Collective New Sarum for the Cleanse and Clearing workshop! We had great laughs and conjured some great intentions for bringing new vibrate energies and understanding the smudging processes and how important it is to see, be and understand with clarity.

CALLING ALL LADIES!!!!!!
Misneach IHS has had the absolute pleasure of collaborating with the fantastic Rose Gibson and put together a event to help raise awareness and funds to support a program put together by the United Way Elgin Middlesex.
This program helps support, guide and assist women/family to transition from their obstacles/difficulties to getting back into the work force/career base. This program allows women to gain confidence, self-worth and trust to do difficult things with integrity and support!
The event is a Cozy fall/winter fashion swap and women's fashion/accomplishment trivia event. So clean out those closets ladies, get a refresh the wardrobe! Clothes/accessories that are left can be donated to the United Way Program or you can take them back home.
There will be prizes, raffles, food and a bar! So don't delay get your tickets for $20/person or build a team of 4!!!! Come and support our amazing community!

It is that time of year again! Misneach is full of herbal healing plants and wishing to share them with you all!
My annual Smudging blend/stick workshop will be held in August!
Don't miss out on learning all there is to know about cleansing and clearing out your home, sacred space and of course, bringing good juju to yourself and spaces!!
You will have the opportunity to make many sticks and blends, learn about how to place intentions, purpose and how to understand the just of blessing/smudging itself.
Space is limited as I prefer smaller settling so everyone receives the best experience possible!

Was an absolute honour to be asked to be a part of the open ceremonies for the EESS Relay for Life!! As I come to the end of my Mentorship program with Councillor Kathryn this was an absolute privilege to be and see all the amazing young ppl, teachers, community member and survivors come together and acknowledge the power of community support!! May you all understand that this opportunity meant the world to me! Thank you all for the work you have done, continue to do and the battles and obstacles you have conquered! Much love and respect!
