If you're over 38 and dealing with constant bloating that never seems to go away, this isn't in your head.

Here's what's actually happening:

1. DIGESTIVE ENZYME PRODUCTION DECREASES

After 35, your body produces fewer digestive enzymes - the proteins that break down food. This means foods you tolerated perfectly in your 20s now sit in your stomach longer, causing gas, bloating, and discomfort.

2. STOMACH ACID LEVELS DROP

Lower stomach acid = incomplete protein digestion = bloating, especially after meals with meat or dairy. This is why you might feel heavy and uncomfortable for hours after eating.

We’ve been getting asked this a lot lately… 👀

If REPS Sports & Fitness Training opened up a limited number of gym memberships to our private facility, would anyone be interested?

This would mean:
✔️ A non-crowded gym
✔️ A supportive environment
✔️ Space to train at your own pace
✔️ Access to coaches if you need guidance

We’ve always kept REPS more private and focused so members don’t feel like they’re training in a packed commercial gym. But we’re considering opening a small number of memberships for people who want that kind of environment.
