Jen just signed up for personal training with a big goal in mind taking on the Sea to Sky 5-day mountain biking experience in Whistler, BC. 🚵‍♀️

Right now, she’s in her foundation phase, where we’re building a strong base of strength, stability, and aerobic endurance.

This phase is all about preparing her body to handle the intensity ahead focusing on core strength, lower body power, mobility, and sustained conditioning.

As we progress, we’ll start layering in more explosive power, speed work, and trail-specific endurance training to match the demands of long climbs, technical descents, and back-to-back riding days.

This isn’t just training it’s preparation for an unforgettable adventure.

We’re making sure Jen shows up feeling strong, capable, and ready to take on every part of the Sea to Sky experience with confidence.
