Buffalo Cauliflower Bites are the perfect vegetarian appetizer – even meat eaters will love them! 🙌 They’re tender on the inside, crispy on the outside, and have a bit of a kick from our Buffalo Wing Seasoning.

Follow the recipe for Crispy & Crunchy Tofu Bites, but instead of using tofu, use pieces of cauliflower. Once you’ve baked your cauliflower bites, coat them in Buffalo Sauce. Serve with a side of veggies & Creamy Ranch Dip. 🥕

Buffalo Sauce:
• 1 tbsp Buffalo Wing Seasoning
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp ketchup
• 1/4 cup vinegar

In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Toss baked cauliflower bites in prepared sauce. Enjoy! 😍
