I began my education at Fanshawe College with the Child and Youth Work diploma program. I then proceeded to complete my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Bachelor of Social Work degree. From 2010-2016, I worked in a variety of Mental Health and Addictions settings, assisting children, youth and adults. With these broad categories come many issues such as self esteem, relationships, boundaries, unhealthy eating, parenting and much more. I was welcomed into the Silver Birch clinic in October 2016 and have slowly been growing my client base to include individuals and couples of all ages!

✨It’s GIVEAWAY time✨

Mama and Me Gluten Free, owned by Maddy, started in 2023 when she was on maternity leave with her daughter.

She missed baking and wanted to get back to that love, creating fun things that are not typically gluten-free!

She has been gluten intolerant for almost 15 years and she wants to show us all how good being gluten-free can be!

They offer online ordering, pop ups and wholesale pricing.

Everything is prepared and packaged in a certified kitchen right here in town!
