Life is making BIG shifts right now and it's so amazing, but oh so uncertain and stressful!
As that uncertainty begins to ease, I am reminded that yes, everything is as it should be. Keep flowing and glowing, you got this ❤️

Good Day folks, it's my face!

These expressions are loaded with chaos , a bit of whimsy and loads of overwhelm as of current.

I've been quiet on socials the last couple of months as self care and energy are important and to be protected!

Energy is within so many things, movement is loaded with it...

As life shifts, sometimes in greater leaps than we anticipate, we can begin to attain a sense of overwhelm that we just want to diminish/sweep away instead of deal with and meet eye to eye.

What we don't always realize or recognize in that moment, is that we must also honour that chaos.

Don't let it own you, but make room for it, because it's there to teach you something.

We never stop learning and growing and must stay humble to that. So while folks are busying their minds and hearts with the summer sun, loved ones and grounding, treatments slow down a wee bit and I was able to step back and work through some of my own challenges.

Fast forward to now, where I'm sharing with y'all that I am making big moves very soon and I just cannot get Journeys "don't stop believing" out of my head 😆
..I'm just a small town girl after all ❤️

MOVEMENT!

It's a beautiful thing and it's so much more than just putting one foot in front of the other!

I know the last lockdown for me, was a doozy!
Commonly working through January blues is always a thing for me but this January Sucked hard!
It's in these heavy moments where stuck energy builds up even faster.
Through movement, there are multiple ways we can rid our bodies of stagnant energy.
Dance, exercise, meditation and yoga are all beautiful practices to bring into your day.
I began my day with a 20 minute cardio/yoga combo and It felt so good to stretch and move that I kept the momentum with a mini solo dance party and then a walk to a nearby park where my inner child and excitable adult took notice of the swing set and man oh man did that FEEL GOOD!
I got so high that I saw Jesus! (Just kidding but that's a great Noah Cyrus jam)
I didn't just swing, I flung my head back, I moved my legs all over like I was riding a bicycle, I purposefully pivoted my body so I'd swing on an aggressive angle 😆.
It was all perfect and it was just what my body has needed!

Happy International Womyns day!!
Hawayo Hiromi Takata, the first Womyn to become a master from the original teachings and also responsible for bringing Reiki Teachings to the Western world!
Not only did she pick up life as she knew it to move west but she became a master and began teaching all at the beginning of WW11!
Takata had attuned 22 Reiki masters in the western world before her death and I feel incredibly fortunate to have been attuned from a teacher who was taught by one of these 22.
Incredibly grateful for this Womyn and her fearlessness!

How will you choose to connect your web weave during these coming beautiful and sunny weeks!?
Will your hands hit some warm earth in a bag of potting soil where you may start to nourish some seedlings or better yet, start from scratch with just the seed and your will!
Will you venture around your yard, beginning to notice any premature growth, you yourself, growing curious as to how to protect anything exposed a little too early? Or what may come of it?
Will you exercise compassion on your next family hike or solo nature trek if you notice any inorganic material hanging out on the ground?
Connecting to the earth and all that she provides should be such an innate part of our life!
However there's a myriad of reasons that's shifted a lot in the last 20+ years.
On the plus side, I've witnessed evidence of the increased use of outdoor spaces in the last year and it brings me joy 🤩
Yes you can get out and walk, but when was the last time you took advantaged of the beauty and really connected, ventured off the trail and sat amidst the trees, or ran up to a striking tree that catches your eye and gave it a big old hug!?!
How about removing that plastic bag inhibiting new growth?
Connect and protect!
The healing and helping energy you give off during these moments, will bounce right back into you! You know that good in the heart and gut feeling you get when you've helped someone...it's more than a feeling

Energy work can be peculiarly sneaky sometimes as a post treatment purge can occur a few hours or sometimes even days after treatment.

Saturday Treatment Prep!
A gorgeous and healing crystal chakra layout for my first client post lockdown.
Oh how good it feels to be able to practice on someone else again!!
The vibes towards heavy grounding and self love are strong today folks! If you can get out into the fresh air and brave your feet to kiss the earth, I'd highly recommend it!

Added a new oracle to the mix today!
I've had my eye on this one for awhile at .wicked and finally snagged it!
How do you like to break in a new deck?
I typically like to use a new oracle a few times, before using it with a client or with someone else in general.
I'll bring this deck to bed with me, 😆 for real!, have it bathe in some rose quartz, and work with it for the next little bit before bringing it in for all to enjoy!
Every treatment includes a card pull prior to and after, with a deck of your energy's choosing!
