Whether you’ve been putting off a check-up, need a quick medication refill, or just want to talk through a concern, swing by and warm up inside our cozy exam room. Your health doesn’t take a snow day — and neither do we.

🌍 World Diabetes Day! - November 14

Today, we recognize the real, everyday impact diabetes has on millions of people — far beyond blood sugars.

💼 7 in 10 people living with diabetes are of working age.
This condition doesn’t pause for careers, families, or responsibilities.

🧠 3 in 4 people living with diabetes experience anxiety, depression, or another mental health challenge because of their condition.
Diabetes is as much emotional as it is physical.

🔥 4 in 5 people living with diabetes face diabetes burnout at some point.
The constant monitoring, planning, and decision-making take a toll.

Today is a reminder to extend compassion, push for better support, and continue building a world where people with diabetes don’t just survive — they thrive.
