Hello friends,
It's hard to believe that it's already September! As the summer winds down and we begin to settle into routines again, don't forget to look after yourselves too! I hope you will join me on the mat this month!
I've been reflecting on gratitude recently - I have so much to be grateful for in my life. My health, family, friends, my yoga community, and this morning - my beautiful backyard which is full of hummingbirds filling themselves up on my feeders in anticipation of their coming journey! How are you filling yourselves up these days to prepare for whatever journey lies ahead? Self-care is foundational to our wellbeing - I encourage you to take/make time for yourselves in the days and weeks ahead!
If you would like to attend any of the classes or events in September but can't commit to a series, please connect! The new location is much larger and allows for drop-ins! Bring a friend and enjoy some "you" time!

Reminder - lots of opportunities to join me on the mat in August! And......big news! Hummingbird Yoga will be at Simply Massage starting in September! New fall series starts next month. Monday and Thursday nights 6:45-8 pm! Can't wait to guide you in this beautiful space for a yoga practice for all levels. Reach out with any questions! August is almost here! Come join me on the mat. Next park yoga is Thursday, Aug 7 at Waterworks Park at 6 pm! A donation will be made to Barrie Family Hospice of Elgin Or join me From the Vines Aug. 16. And you will find me three different days during Railway City Music and Arts Festival
