-Write one paragraph about something you’re grateful for.
-Sit in silence; intentionally empty your mind for a few minutes.
-Drink 8 glasses of water.
-Walk 10,000 steps.
-Spend time connecting with nature.
-Eat a vegetable.
-Tell someone/thing you love them/it.
-Praise yourself for living with intention.
-Write one paragraph about something you love about yourself.

Our nervous systems need nature!
Because spending time in nature activates the parasympathetic nervous system needed to feel calm and counters the sympathetic nervous system which activates the emotional response system that leads to homeostasis.

Healing doesn’t happen until you allow yourself to feel; however, you won’t allow yourself to feel until you feel safe; therefore, we need to figure out what you need to feel safe. Our environment is a key factor in feeling safe. Being in a natural environment can help reset the nervous system, allowing you to feel safe, which will enable you to allow yourself to feel; and so the healing begins 😌

⇉ Monitor your tasks.
⇉ Exercise to manage stress.
⇉ Make time for fun activities.
⇉ Prioritize key responsibilities.
⇉ Disconnect from screens regularly.
⇉ Spend quality time with loved ones.
⇉ Set boundaries between work and rest.

Finding balance is crucial for a happy life.

Work diligently, but live fully.
