Mental health and addiction challenges can make everything hard. Call 211 to find out what support there is in your community. From online and in-person support groups, to walk-in mental health clinics, to crisis lines and distress centres, support for families and caregivers, there are some programs to help, especially while on a wait list for help. Please speak to your family doctor if you need help. In an mental health emergency, call 911, go to your nearest emergency or call 211 to see if there is a crisis service in your community.

https://bouncebackontario.ca/ is a free skill building from CMHA Ontario to manage symptoms of depression and anxiety for youth 15+ and adults.

There are a few social enterprise employment programs in Ottawa and Toronto that are designed for people with mental health illness to enter the job market again.
