Prenatal Yoga and Gentle Pilates is officially on the schedule with the first class on Sunday, May 3.
⭐️Sundays 8:30–9:30 AM
⭐️Wednesdays 5:30–6:15 PM
This is a calm, supportive space to move, breathe, and feel good in your body throughout (and after) pregnancy. It’s also a chance to connect with others who are in the same season of life.
Open to all trimesters and suitable for postnatal clients too. No experience needed.
