Why try lateral walking?
✔️ Targets those tricky hip and glute muscles
✔️ Improves your balance and coordination
✔️ Adds variety to your workout routine

Pro tip: Add resistance bands around your thighs for an extra challenge! 🎽
They activate even more muscles and boost your workout intensity.

How to do it with bands:
1. Loop the band around your thighs, just above your knees
2. Stand with feet hip-width apart
3. Take a step to the side, keeping tension on the band
4. Bring your other foot to meet the first
5. Repeat, alternating directions! 🔄
