Suitable for Mom's (and other caregivers) with baby's under 10 months (preferably not walking).

This is a completely floor based practice for gentle opening and deep relaxation.
Classes are held at Yoga Collective. $75 for six classes.

All levels welcome. Restorative yoga is a purely floor based practice using bolsters, blocks and blankets to support and open the body. This encourages the body and mind to slow down and promotes deep relaxation.
