Planning for a Diagnostic Test?

If you're waiting for an Ultrasound, CT, MRI, or other diagnostic exam, please know that we've received your request and our team is working hard to schedule every exam as quickly as possible.

Right now, volumes are very high, and routine exams may be scheduled 3 to 6 months out from the date of request. Urgent requests are prioritized and will be addressed as needed.

To help us stay focused on scheduling, we kindly ask that you refrain from calling Diagnostic Imaging to check on booking times.

Backyard pools can be a great way to enjoy summer, but they also come with serious risks, especially for children under five. Drowning can happen in as little as 10 seconds and is often silent.

Always assign a responsible adult to be the “backyard pool lifeguard” - no phones, no distractions, just supervision. Use four-sided fencing, self-latching gates, and remove pool toys when swim time is over.

We’re proud to support the Elgin County Drowning Prevention Coalition and their work to make our community safer. Let’s protect our kids and prevent tragedies before they happen.

This month, we’re featuring Dr. Elie Gharib, Nephrologist at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital – and the only Nephrologist in Elgin County! Dr. Gharib joined us in late 2022 and has quickly become an integral part of the team. He brings with him years of experience, a passion for patient care, and a warm, approachable demeanor that puts his patients at ease.
