🌟 My heart is full after a beautiful and empowering morning leading my Powerful Me Empowerment Workshop at Montessori Pointe-Claire preschool!
I had the joy of teaching a few classes of preschoolers aged 3–5, where these incredible little ones were so receptive as they learned about the power of their words. It was a morning filled with fun, learning & empowerment, inspiring our young minds to embrace their inner strength. They discovered how their self-talk shapes their feelings, behaviours, choices, and everyday experiences, and how their inner dialogue influences how they show up in their daily lives.
Watching them connect to their inner strength and realize that their thoughts can shape their world was truly magical. đŸ’«
It’s never too early to empower a child to be all they can be. 🩋
