“I was asked if I was pregnant…”

…and that’s what finally pushed her to start. Kristan has been a long-term client of mine. She started her journey back in 2020.

She always considered herself a “healthy eater”
but her days were filled with snacking, mindless eating, and no real structure. For years, she sat on the sidelines watching other women transform.

Thinking… if they can do it, why can’t I?
And then one day she stopped watching and started.
This busy mom of 2 committed to her nutrition and fitness journey and she hasn’t looked back since.

What I love most about Kristan isn’t just her physical transformation (although, wow 🔥)…
it’s the foundation she’s built!!!

This is a woman who knows how to eat now.
She knows how to get lean and stay lean.
She doesn’t cut out the foods she loves.
She’s still enjoying ice cream, a cold crisp beer… just with intention and balance.

I’ve watched her evolve over the years, and the biggest shift is her mindset.

Yes, her body has completely changed.
