Spring running season is just around the corner and we are hosting an educational event for new runners on how to get started into running.

Lauryn Tweed, Physiotherapist at Lakeshore Physio, and Graham Archer, Certified Pedorthist at Kintec, will talk about training tips, injury prevention, and how to select the correct footwear.

The event is FREE and you MUST REGISTER by calling Kintec at 250-517-7337. Seating is limited to 20 people.
