Candace Stinsman – Yoga Teacher✨🪶

✨🧬Candace Stinsman is a passionate yoga teacher and lifelong student of movement and mindfulness. With over a decade of yoga practice and a completed 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (August 2024), she brings both depth and dedication to her teaching. Candace has recently found a passion for Yin Yoga, expanding her practice to include Yin-Inspired Meditation—a style that has greatly supported her in cultivating calm, clarity, and emotional balance.

✨🥋Candace’s journey also includes 10 years of Kung Fu, giving her a unique perspective on the flow of energy through the body. She finds a natural harmony between the slow, meditative movements of Qi Gong and the stillness and depth of Yin Yoga, which together inform her approach to guiding others through introspective and restorative practices.

✨🍃Deeply connected to nature, Candace loves hiking, camping, animal watching, and simply being outdoors. These passions are reflected in her grounded and nurturing teaching style. She looks forward to sharing the calming power of Yin-Inspired Meditation with others, helping students find space for stillness, healing, and mental clarity.
