Mother’s Day looks different for so many. Some mothers have support but many do not. For some it represents joy, love and peace. For some it represents loss, struggle, loneliness and pain. ❤️ Some women are lifted up in motherhood and some are shoved down. Some women struggle to become mothers and today many will mourn theirs, alive or dead 💔

For most of us it’s a beautiful mixture of both. 🥰 I’m wishing all the mum’s out there, a day that you celebrate yourself. 🙌 However that looks for you.

Remember to be kind with your posts as they can be triggers for friends and family struggling today as you celebrate! 🙏🏻 🦷🧚🏼‍♀️

I have to start doing these kind of exercises!! I’m also so excited for my new andau medical . Thanks to my girl Jolaine for hooking a girl up. I’ll post a picture as soon as they arrive. 🙌🥰🥳

Ergonomics are so important in my industry. I have not been kind to my body. Starting as a caterer in my teens. Lifting milk crates filled with dinner plates and packing them on trucks, definitely without bending my knees 😂 Now the many years I’ve spent, aging in dentistry. My body hurts!!

I don’t believe in pharmaceuticals so starting now I’m taking care of me and my temple! Honour your body and it will honour you. 🙌🦷🧚🏻‍♀️
