Transformative Healing Through Connection: Psychodynamic Therapy Group on Salt Spring Island
Are you seeking deeper understanding and connection in your life? Join Jungian Analyst Leanne Downs and practicum student Inge Remesz for a transformative process group designed to facilitate personal growth and improve interpersonal skills. Not only is group therapy more affordable than individual therapy; research shows that group therapy is as effective as individual therapy and can be even more helpful in many situations.
About the Group: Inside a safe and confidential container, we will explore the here-and-now feelings and interactions that reflect the wider tapestry of our everyday lives. Guided by two therapists, participants will learn to identify, understand, and express their emotions in a supportive environment.
