Hosting the first few Community Nights in our Forest Hydrotherapy Circuit this summer have been an incredible experience! We're excited for our next guided event, Women & Water: Soft and Surrendered with Julia Rose on September 10th from 6-9pm.
Julia will guide you through the sauna, cold plunge, cedar hot tub and rest area integrated seamlessly with facilitated meditation and yoga nidrā practices. Tickets are available for this Women's Night on Eventbrite!
