Feel free to engage and share. My Bio: I have completed a MSc in Epidemiology, a Bsc in Kinesiology and am registered with the Canadian Yoga Alliance. Experienced and inspired by many facets of yoga, my approach is both scientific and experimental; about focus and fun, understanding and mystery, will and surrender. Student first and teacher second, I teach what I know and aim to empower the inner teacher within each person. The goal is to help people get in touch with thier inner light and strength through movement and breath, to heal, to strip away what is false, and to step powerfully into the truth of thier nature. 1LOVE!
