Enjoy the soothing scents and colour of a milk and honey foot bath with butterfly pea flowers! With all the pedi steps but especially a lavender foot scrub with massage! 💜💜💜

Sacral chakra massage $75
This is for you if your lower back is sore or if you are feeling the winter blahs and need some cheering up🧡. With bright citrus scents and a calendula infused oil blended with apricot kernel oil. This is a back, head, neck and shoulders massage.🧡🧡🧡

This time of year is when we all need a little rest, a little comfort and cocooning from the cold and dark days of winter.

Shoulder-ease massage $75

An upper back massage which works on the shoulders, neck, arms, hands and finishes with a scalp and facial massage. This is perfect for the Capricorn time of the year when we tend to carry too much on our shoulders!

Reflexology Foot Massage $75

A massage on the reflex points of the feet. Different points correspond to different areas of the body, and can aid in helping you to relax and recuperate. Begins with a soothing foot soak!

Root chakra journey 90 mins~ $95

Calms the body and mind, creating inner peace and balance. It combines a magnesium foot bath, and a slow, relaxing jade stone massage with grounding essential oils, finishing off with a reflexology treatment This treatment focuses on the Root Chakra and will leave you with a deep sense of stillness, feeling ready to take on the world.

At this time of year the days seem short and the darkness comes early so I have chosen specials that remind us that the light is within us!

Fire goddess treatment 90 mins~ $90
Begins with a warm foot soak, then a massage on the back and legs,( heated stones are optional) followed by hot towel removal. This feels lovely!
Then turn over for a massage on the head, neck and face, finishing with la pièce de résistance the feet!

Candy cane pedicure $50
With spice and everything nice! Peppermint cocoa foot scrub and foot massage.

I made an Apple cleanser!
And I love it, here is why:
It smells so good, something I think it’s important in a cleanser. It contains very good ingredients that I won’t have to worry about like:
apple distillate and gentle foaming apple surfactant. ( to lift up the dirt and cleanse the skin!)
Tremella mushroom extract for hydration!
Blue chamomile to soothe
Liquorice & chickweed extracts
Panthenol for added hydration.
It’s ph balanced.

I tried it and it doesn’t dry and strip the skin, it feels soft and silky!
