~Announcement!!
Super excited to have the opportunity to start offering group TRE® classes again!
Over the summer I have been fitness training with Tanja Akerman at Welly Academy and love the space she has created.
Tanja has tried TRE® and is as excited as I am to open her space for me to teach one class a month in her studio 🙂
Save the date.... September 29th at 4:00 pm . 1.5 hr in person TRE® class at Welly Academy, North End SSI near St Mary Lake.
I will be sharing more info in the coming month.
TRE® - Tension and stress releasing exercises aid in recovery after exercise and injury, releasing stress tension, inducing relaxation and improved wellbeing!
I am energized and cant wait to start teaching and offering this profound practice in our community again.

I will be running my second marathon in October in Victoria. I am raising money for Victoria Hospitals Foundation.

It is a charity near and dear to me. When my wee son was born prematurely, Victoria General Hospital was phenomenal. The staff are the true heroes, however without necessary equipment our little ones wouldn't survive.

Just one bedside monitor in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit costs $40,000! This charity is dedicated to purchasing new and updated equipment to help us and our loved ones in times of need.
