enso-a path inward to a truer you
enso....a sacred circular emblem that represents a path to enlightenment - a symbol that represents my love of all things Japanese.
I first fell in love with Japan when I was 8 yrs old when my grade 3 teacher introduced us to the culture, history, art and so much more. So much so, I have built a Japanese inspired treehouse and studio-dorm.
For me it also represents the journey of connecting to a deeper purpose and meaning. enso was born from my own journey to a truer self.
My lived experiences of learning with, from and about people seeking experiences and conversations to connect to a truer self, a best self, a deeper self. My journey to embracing my own self-compassion required me to dig deep, try out new things, fail, and get back up to try again. I ascribe to “Feel it to Heal It” and it is hard and worth it.
