It has been 5 years since I graduated from college with a degree in Remedial Massage Therapy!

During this time I've worked in a small clinic in my home town, a multi modality chiropractic clinic in Saskatoon and now I'm proud to say I have my own practice in the little town of Saltcoats!

Through these years I've grown and developed as a therapist. Each client I have had the privilege of working with has helped me grow and learn.

I'm so thankful for all you've trusted with me, your aches and pains both in your muscles and your hearts.

Here's to the future years of treating new clients and learning alongside you as we work together!

The long awaited Summer has begun! 🌞

Through July I'm only in the office for 1 weekend to give myself some time off to enjoy family and friends!

I've opened up my August schedule and some days in September with more to be added down the road!

Did you know as a Registered Massage Therapist I need 20+ hours of continuing education every 2 years to remain in good standing with my association?

There are so many courses I can take that allow me to become a more well rounded Therapist that can better treat the whole body!

This weekend I'm learning Visceral Massage! What is Visceral Massage you might ask? It's the gentle massage of the tissues in the abdomen to treat restrictions and many different ailments.

These restrictions can be caused caused by surgical scars, adhesions, infection, illness, poor posture or traumatic injury.

I look forward to implementing the techniques and knowledge I gain into my treatments to better treat the body as a whole!!

Thankful for some time outside this weekend to get my body moving and reset my mind!

One thing I often tell clients is our body is made to move! Our muscles feel so much better if we're moving them opposed to being sedentary. I'd rather have muscle fatigue from being active than muscle pain from stiffness.

If you're muscles are feeling sore from some winter activities I've got some openings in February and March!
